Who this covers

This policy applies to celineonsocials.com and any inquiry you send me through it, whether that's the discovery call form, an email, or a DM. I'm Celine Del Carmen, and Celineonsocials is a boutique creative marketing agency I run myself, serving clients worldwide, including the EU and UK.

What I collect

When you book a discovery call or reach out, I collect what you choose to share: your name, contact details (email, Instagram handle, or phone number), your business field, and your answers to a few short questions about your project and budget. I don't collect payment information through this site, and I don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

How I use it

• To reply to your inquiry and schedule our discovery call
• To understand your brand and prepare for our conversation
• To keep a record of past and current client communications

I never sell or rent your information, and I don't use it for anything beyond running this business and communicating with you.

Where it's stored

Discovery call answers are submitted through a Google Form and stored in a private Google Sheet. Scheduling runs through Google Calendar. These are standard, secure Google Workspace tools, and Google acts as a data processor on my behalf under its own privacy and security terms.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see what information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. If you're in the EU or UK, this includes your rights under GDPR. Just email me and I'll take care of it.
